RDC Consulting is based around creating a Quality Management System QMS) for behavioral health organizations that does just that, namely, allows its users to apply proven strategies to face challenges.<\/p>\n

Over many years of working in the behavioral healthcare field, we recognize that many organizations find it difficult to develop and maintain a QUALITY-BASED infrastructure and approach to problem solving. \u00a0It\u2019s not due to a lack of desire, all organizations WANT to provide quality services, but not all organizations have a strong understanding of Quality Management. We help organizations create and implement a Quality Management System and approaches that apply to every aspect of the organization.<\/p>\n

Step One:<\/b>\u00a0We find out where you\u2019re having problems. It could relate to a single issue or something that impacts your entire organization. Once your problems and needs are clearly understood, we review and assess your company\u2019s Quality Management System.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step Two:<\/b>\u00a0We meet with your leadership team, quality team and others within your organization tasked with using quality methods. We review all key performance measures, data collection and data analysis.<\/p>\n

Step Three:<\/b>\u00a0We provide Quality Management training to boards, leadership, quality teams, and the entire organization.\u00a0 <\/span>Generally, it is not a question of whether we provide training but to whom and to what extent.\u00a0 <\/span>We have developed several training modules that can be easily adapted to any group in your organization. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step Four: <\/b>We develop a written plan we believe will meet your needs. Sometimes organizations have an immediate need for a quality intervention —a rapid cycle improvement response.\u00a0 <\/span>Rest assured that we will be there for you.<\/p>\n
